The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is advancing inclusive urban planning under Master Plan Delhi 2047 by initiating in-situ rehabilitation for 45 JJ clusters, directly benefiting over 100,000 capital residents. To drive the first phase, the authority has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for three transaction advisers. These experts will assess development potential, financial viability, and implementation models for 15 projects spanning 21,229 households. This strategic urban renewal underscores a commitment to replacing informal settlements with sustainable, well-serviced residential neighborhoods while optimizing municipal land resources.
